Magic bus....
Students planned different activities and created awareness regarding personal hygiene and first aid. They worked as a team on building a dam and creating an amphitheater and had fun doing different adventure activities like High rope, low rope and wall climbing.

Reflection:
All of us were set to work to make an amphitheatre. We levelled the land and filtered it to separate stones. transported grass patches and then arranged them. The process was long, rigorous and demanded a lot of strength and patience. I felt that we would not be able to do it but I thought that it was the last challenge for the trip and thus should be completed with all enthusiasm. In the end we again succeeded. Soon, we left for Surat and the journey was awesome. I felt a little sad on leaving Raigad. It was a very memorable.

Bal Mela 2015
Every year, Fountainhead School proudly organizes “Bal Mela”- an event where we invite underprivileged children from the city to celebrate and enjoy different sports, art and games. This is an opportunity for us to provide space and resources to those children who do not get such an environment to enjoy the joys of childhood. This year the event was planned and executed by our students who managed the event flawlessly and ensured that the children had an awesome time.

Run for a Cause......
I worked with my team (Arambh Group) collaboratively. One of the most important learning outcome was to undertaking the challenge of organizing an event publicly for the first time. I developed a lot of skills during this activity. Furthermore, I have learned to handle severe problems and pressure while making this event successful.
Yes, it was challenging for me as on the day of the event we had a problem of less people coming to our event. This lead to a major loss. We overcame this problem putting in our 100% efforts thus making it a successful event. The runners were satisfied and happy after running on the stunning beach. Additionally, it was very tough to convince people to run in this event as it was a new concept. Many people feared of running on the beach, because there have been many events in past that resulted in death of some people.
